Supporting mamas through pregnancy & labor

Hi! I’m Priscilla, and I am a DONA-trained doula providing birth doula services to the Chicagoland area - virtually too! I am a mama, partner and sucker for a great iced coffee.

A birth doula is a professional support person trained in the needs of the family during pregnancy and childbirth. They are known as a birth companion, nonclinical birth worker, birth coach or post-birth supporter, by providing continuous care before, during or after birth in the form of infortmation, advocacy, physical support, and emotional support.

What exactly is a doula?
